Hay Esperanza (There’s Hope) is a television series about the history of our migrant community. These stories air on Spanish network TV Azteca every Saturday from July 15th to December 9th.
It’s important to defend our migrant community especially during these times of fear and hate in our political climate. The current administration has described the immigrant community as criminals, unworthy of living a life of dignity and respect. Sharing the stories of the lives of those most affected by the political climate, “Hay Esperanza” challenges the false, hateful rhetoric about our community. This campaign offers a powerful message of hope and motivation to all those that form part of this movement of the rights of immigrants and supporting the work that CARECEN does.
